Introducing Mike Weir: G2’s New CRO

To help us further build and expand our support for these companies, our G2 clients, I’m excited to announce that Mike Weir joined us as our Chief Revenue Officer on June 1, 2020!

Mike joins us from LinkedIn where he spent 8 years shaping Go-To-Market strategy and customer support for the Technology vertical, which helped LinkedIn Marketing Solutions become an industry leading partner to the tech industry. Mike is passionate about advancing the tech industry’s ROI measurement to show business impact and is a champion of driving Marketing & Sales alignment to create exceptional client experiences. G2 shares his passion and goal of helping Marketers & Sellers better identify and engage with potential buyers.

Before joining LinkedIn, Mike led Marketing teams at technology companies which provides him a unique perspective as a Marketing & Sales Executive with nearly 20 years in the technology industry.

He’s very keen to accelerate our G2 mission of building the place “where you go for software” by fueling the growth of the G2 Marketplace through engagement and support of G2 Marketing, Seller, Buyer and Partner Solutions.

I’m excited to pair our strong G2 Sales & Customer Success Organization with Mike’s leadership and expertise to bring G2 to even higher PEAKs.
