Leader In Point of Care Technology Expands Executive Team
Outcome Health, a healthcare innovation company focused on evolving the point of care experience for patients and physicians, today announced that John Vaughan has joined as Chief Compliance Officer. His appointment to the executive leadership team further underscores Outcome Health’s ongoing commitment to increase transparency and bring more rigor to its data measurement and reporting.
In this newly created role, Mr. Vaughan will focus on developing, implementing and overseeing compliance policies and procedures as part of the reinvigorated Corporate Compliance Program. This program was designed to foster compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as prevent, detect and take appropriate remedial measures to address any noncompliance.

John’s deep healthcare knowledge, and experience working for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies made him the ideal candidate to help take Outcome Health into the future.”
Mr. Vaughan joins Outcome Health from the Danaher Dental Platform, where he served as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Danaher, John held various Corporate Counsel and Compliance roles for Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, Hospira, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Shire. He brings to Outcome Health his extensive background in Commercial Compliance, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, as well as Pricing and Reimbursement.

John received his B.A. degree in History and Political Science from McGill University in Quebec, Canada, and he received his J.D. from Rutgers University of Law in Newark, N.J. In his new role, Mr. Vaughan will report to Seth Darmstadter, General Counsel of Outcome Health.
