Inclusion in the 2018 Fast 50 List Underscores Growing Demand for Real-Time, Cross-Channel Identity Resolution

Signal, the global marketing technology leader in real-time customer identity resolution across all devices and channels, today announced it ranked for the third consecutive year on the prestigious Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50, which spotlights the city’s fastest-growing private companies.

Established in 2007, the Crain’s Fast 50 celebrates local private companies achieving impressive revenue gains over a five-year period. The annual list offers a reliable snapshot of the Chicagoland region’s top growth sectors, including technology, real estate, healthcare, marketing, retail and logistics.

Signal ranked #9 on the Fast 50 2018 list. “[The Signal] platform’s job: to help brands use the data they already have about customers to get better at advertising, merchandising and marketing to those buyers online,” Crain’s writes.

Signal was founded in 2010 to help marketers build an always-on identity foundation to fuel more contextually relevant marketing interactions. In the past five years, Signal has experienced a 1,741.3% increase in sales growth as identity solutions have emerged as a vital component of today’s digital marketing infrastructure. In addition to helping thousands of clients in the US, APAC, EMEA, and South America improve and optimize their cross-channel marketing campaigns, Signal has secured more than $70 million in venture capital funding to date and created more than 150 jobs.

“We are honored to return to the Crain’s Fast 50 list,” said Mike Sands, CEO of Signal. “Beyond organic growth in cross-channel marketing technology, our continued success is chiefly due to the persistence and unwavering dedication of each member of our organization.”
