Industry leaders Vinay Sachdev and Petula Lucey join fast-growing proptech firm whose data-driven platform is shaping the future of the built environment around the world
BOSTON — January 25, 2023 — HqO, the world’s leading workplace experience platform, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the additions of Vinay Sachdev as senior vice president of global engineering and Petula Lucey as senior vice president of global marketing. These newly created positions support the company’s continued growth both domestically and internationally.

Sachdev joins HqO from Benchling, a software company in the biotechnology research and development space, where he was head of customer engineering, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex software integrations. In his more than 20 years of experience, he has also held leadership positions at Lookout, RSA Security and Dell/EMC Corporation.

Lucey most recently served as head of corporate affairs and marketing – Americas at Lendlease, a leading global real estate and investment group. In that capacity, she led the development and execution of the firm’s marketing and communication strategy for the Americas region. She previously held executive-level marketing positions at large real estate and financial services firms including Tishman Speyer, Cushman & Wakefield and Merrill Lynch.
